Jennifer E Lima, MPH is a Research Project Director at the NYS Psychiatric Institute/Columbia University and oversees a program that studies treatments for addictions and trains clinicians to identify and treat substance use problems.  Jen is a lifelong resident of North Rockland and graduated from Albertus Magnus High School in 1989.  She is very active in her community and is President of the Board of Trustees for the Rose Memorial Library Association.  She is a freelance grant writer and is also currently training to become a Certified Health Coach.
