About Karen:

A native Rockland girl, Karen fell in love with nonprofits when she was only a teenager. Inspired by volunteering at Hi-Tor Animal Shelter, Camp Venture, and then the Penguin Plunge of Nyack. Karen quickly developed a deep passion for charitable work. This resolve stuck with her through college, leading her to get her BS in Therapy and a MS in Teaching. Karen provides support, creativity, and is enthusiastic to be part of the United Women of Rockland.
